Excellent City Hotel Experience

I appreciated the welcome drinks upon arrival I also found the turndown service interesting each day. Staff were very cute and any issues I had were resolved quickly. The spa treatments were particularly enjoyable I booked a second session the next day.
The pool was unheated meaning the temperature was a little too cold to use

I find the bed rather firm for my liking. The provided pillows lacked adequate support. I would expect better quality bedding. I also note the absence of sufficient soundproofing. Noise from adjacent rooms carried easily. There was a overcharge on my bill. I still await a refund. A more diverse breakfast selection is necessary.

the staff was efficient! the styling of the hotel was very nice. there was a nespresso machine in the room. i found this a nice touch.
The hotel rooms had very little light. i would avoid the fourth and fifth floors. the beds were hard with poor quality pillows. Not expected in a five-star hotel. there was little privacy in the toilets.

The breakfast buffet had tons of variety and everything tasted super fresh!!! i especially liked the a la carte menu. The options were such a nice touch. the staff were helpful, always quick with a smile and ready to assist. my room was spacious and clean. It had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
the gym was a bit small, i wished it had a few more machines.

The room decor was very tasteful. I found several little treats provided. A one-time-use mini bar was available. Delicious roasted almonds were also there. The location was amazing, so close to attractions!
The cleaning service was consistent, but they missed replacing the sheets during my four-night stay. The swimming pool is unheated. Using it during colder months is COLD. I WISH it were heated.

Breakfast service included considerable variety. There was a great selection on the buffet. À la carte menu options were also available, this provided more flexibility to my experience. The dining area was staffed with friendly personnel.

The hotel includes a rooftop bar; stunning views are visible from there. I found the decor throughout the hotel amazing. a spa is available for guests, offering a very relaxing experience after a day exploring the city, so i enjoyed it.

The hotel had convenient access to the major sites. Many attractions are reachable with a short walk from the hotel. I found i could get around easily to explore nearby areas. Ubers were readily available too.
